Limited Edition Quince Preserve 125g

Made with locally grown Quince, this preserve is a classic addition to a cheese board and traditionally served with Manchego. It also goes beautifully with Cheshire, creamy Lancashire and Cheddar. Not just for cheese, it is also delicious with Pâté or spread thinly and decadently onto toast.

Quince is an ancient member of the Apple family, utterly inedible raw, but cooked slowly with sugar and lemon it turns from a pale pastel yellow to a deep warm gold, with flavours of pear, guava, jasmine and tropical vanilla bean.
