Sloe and Port Preserve is made with Cheshire Sloes and Foragers Fancy Port, simmered with golden caster sugar

It is a sublime accompaniment to all kinds of cheese, as well as pâté and charcuterie, can be served with Gelato, stirred through yogurt or custard and is utterly decadent spread onto toast.

Alcohol may be present in this product although most evaporates during the cooking process
